IIS Senior Research Associate聽Dr Reza Shah-Kazemi聽will give the keynote closing address at the聽聽on January 16th.
The theme of the conference is the 鈥淎pplication of Religion and Science to Ecology and Sustainability: Perspectives from Islam and Buddhism鈥. The event will run on the 15th-16th聽January and the inaugural keynote address will be given by the Dalai Lama.
IBED was established in March 2021 to create platforms for dialogue between Islam and Buddhism on safeguarding the planet for future generations.
Dr Shah-Kazemi will discuss 鈥淎 Koranic View of Religion, Science and Ecology鈥.
